And I'll probably do it again

Two months ago, a friend of mine decided to do something hard: he took a 30-day break from the substances he was overusing. I was really proud of him, and I noted that I wasn’t doing anything really hard in my life. Not that everyday adulting isn’t hard, but I wasn’t challenging myself.

So I decided to get out one of the several books I’d started writing…
